I buy Quest NKO
Try and get a pharmacetical grade. Don't economize with something like this.
I take 500mg a day. I tried 1000mg for awhile, but honestly didn't feel any
different. So have been doing very well at 500mg plus 1000mg fish oil and 1000mg
borage.
If you have any allergies to shellfish or such, don't risk krill. Otherwise it
actually has less side effects such as aftertaste than other oils. Very superior
product with excellent benefits. I swear by it.
I've been medication free since about October '05, pain free and Depression free.
