I know nothing about Krill Oil other than reading your post and doing a quick Google of the product. Right now I am using Flax Seed oil as my main source of Omega 3, but I understand fish oils are better. However, I am yet to find a fish oil that does not upset my stomach. I am looking for a cure/control for inflammation and pain relief. I have sever nerve root inflammation from a spinal injury. I am in constant pain and cannot walk without a cane or walker. Mainstream MDs want to use steroids, but I am fighting that. Since the product seems pretty expensive, I would like to learn more about why it is a superior Omega 3 source.
