All the diets and HGh, Omega Three, Cortisol, Insulin resistance articles I have read
(as so often the case with allopathic writers/experts) never put the whole picture in such a way that the whole series of cascading events/hormones have been explained such a succient and related manner
Even this forum is named after only one issue in the cascade of hormonal problems
I am so glad my curiosity about Leptin had me read this article
