I am so glad this forum is here! I have been interested in the leptin stuff in hopes of it helping my type 1 diabetes, and other health problems.
(I just recently recieved the Rosedale diet book as well). I hope to get started soon, but its difficult since I cannot afford to buy seperate groceries for everyone, so am having to go into it slowly.

How are things working for you on it? (I haven't read your other posts yet, so don't know if they answer this question)
