Hi 9thbody,

I find this very interesting as I had a very interesting episode a few months ago that was completely unforgettable. I fell asleep on the couch early in the evening and woke up a few hours later. Upon awakening I felt so completely relaxed but decided to go in the shower first before going to sleep (I'm mentioning these details because I think they are important to what eventually happened). After emerging from the shower I felt even further relaxed...my mind was calm and all the muscles in my body felt warm and relaxed. I stretched out in bed, on my back, closed my eyes and just listened to my breathing. I am someone who has meditated for more then a decade and I have had some very interesting effects (mostly internal) but nothing like this. My body seemed to disappear and I was just my breath but this was nothing strange as I have experienced this many times before over the years. The next thing I knew was I seemed to blackout or lose consciousness momentarily and then I was jerked back awake by a sound that I could hear in my head. It was load by not hurting my ears as I was clearly not hearing it externally. It sounded like a waterfall flowing, crossed with the sound of wind blowing and I immediately knew what it was. The sound was exactly like I had read about so many times by people describing the onset of an out of body experience. I knew what I was happening and I wasn’t afraid. My body started to pulse with some sort of energy that felt so great that I can’t even describe it. I knew what would come next if I could keep this feeling going but I was too curious and I wanted to see if I could move my body or if I was truly paralyzed as is described by the adept at this whole process. So I tried to move and sure enough I was unable to do so and of course being stubborn as I can be I just had to move so I struggled until I was able to move my fingers and the paralysis was gone immediately. I sat up in bed with such a feeling of connectedness with everything and everyone.

The feeling of euphoria that I felt during and the wonder I felt after are things that I had not experienced before in life and it really showed me that we are not limited to the constraints of the body, which I always believed but experience is a whole different level of understanding. Having done Kundalini myself, I believe that these sorts of phenomenon are really us becoming more aware of the true universe around us and not being limited to our perceptions of 3 dimensions. As far as aliens, I think we would have a much better chance at contact by exploring inner space rather then out space alone. I just thought my story sort of related because we both have heard something that probably isn’t really audible but being perceived by some other means.
