I haven't started detoxing as of yet, Dr Hal Huggins recommends two months after the removal you should start.
I had my last lot completed about one month ago.

I take selenium and vitamin e to help protect against Mercury that is supposed to be raised for a minimum of two months after removal.

I have been rather ill since the last work was completed symptoms include, ear ringing, some headaches, neck pain and discomfort, weakness and numbness, and bad Depression and anxiety. I did have ordinary composite fillings put in though, so some of my trouble may be from these. The estrogenic properties of them has been documented. I think if I had it over I would of had porcelain inlays.

Maybe, you should consider porcelain? I think composites may be a bit nasty and could delay you getting well , which would be sad to see.
