Hello Kelly,

I've been researching what I can do for my brother's cirrhosis, Hep C, and Hep A. I've come across a lot of diet guidelines but there is a lot of conflicting information out there. Can you suggest a diet plan to follow and foods to avoid. Right now he is getting his protein from soy rather than meat and is avoiding dairy. He is also eating fruits and vegetables and lots of water but we would like know what else is o.k. to eat.
