Kelly,
I noticed kombucha juice has sugar in it. Isnt this contradictory to limiting sugar?
I see it is fermented. Is this why the sugar is ok?

Ok it is after lunch now. I found the answer to this question. I bought some of the tea. I could feel the alcohol in it though. In my blood. Im sensitive to alcohol. So is this still good for me?
