Kelly,
I keep reading how alot of people on curezone are totally against dairy. They even mention goat milk. I eat goat yogurt and goat cheese often. I was curious of what you think about cow dairy and goat dairy. Do you think either or both are toxic? I do understand raw is ideal. But they are even condemning raw of either.
