Could be, I'm actually not sure. Probably depends on the company. I had heard that they freeze them straight from the pickin' and for this reason, many people believe that they contain more nutrients and enzymes.

I can't keep track of all the food industry happenings - there's just waaay to much going on - and it's always changing!
