Hi Eve -
I don't know that particular product's ingredients, but if it contains a good amount of protease and/or celulase - both powerful yeast cleansers - and you have a bad case of candida, my guess would be that you are getting a big "die-off" reaction when you take it.

In which case it would be a good idea to do a candida cleanse.

Digestive enzymes vary greatly in their ingredients. So it's a good idea to check the labels and see what you are getting and start to develop awareness of how your body responds to different ingredients.
