The two safest kinds of cookware I know of are:

1 - good old fashion, plain cast iron

2 - the cookware put out by the Young Living company - which is phenomenol. To check it out, go to: http://www.youngliving.us Then click on "Essential Extras." You can then click on each item and it should have a description. (my referral #176667)
