I was wondering if you have any suggetions on foods to eat and not eat to have a smooth period and pregnancy. I have bad cramps the first day of my period and I also had preterm labor (started contracting at 5 months) with my last child. I am wondering if these are related? I am healthy in every other way- good bowel movements, skin, etc. I am ready to get pregnant again and I needs some advice on what I was doing that caused me to contract early. Thank you
