I know it may sound like common sense. I was raised on processed foods. Junk and more junk. I have just started colonix and I want to help my family eat healthier. My daughter is almost 3 and I want to start now. I feel so guilty!!! I have no idea where to start. We buy organic milk, eggs and sugar. I buy organic whenever I find it. We live out of canned veggies, meat, etc. My daughter eats a lot of fruits and loves spring water.

How do I start getting my family back on track? I want to throw out the poptarts, processed cereals, etc.
