In one of the posts below regarding sugar cravings, you mentioned trying chromium picolonate for a period of six months to balance blood sugar. Can this also be taken to improve blood sugar swings caused by hypoglycemia? I am currently having major digestive upset and am being tested for a possible gluten intolerence. Concurrently, my hypoglycemia is really acting up and I would love to get it under control. I have never heard of chromium picolonate and would try anything to stabilize my blood sugar.
I have read online that this supplement helps with weight loss. I am underweight and certainly don't want or need to lose any weight. Would this be a problem?
I appreciate your input.
