hi,

first thank you for taking the time to answer questions on this forum, i appreciate it and so do many others.

some people say you should never mix fruits and veggies. some on curezone say this is a no no and that you should eat fruits alone and veggies alone.

my favorite fresh juice is two fruits and two veggies - apple, carrot, lemon, ginger. so i am just not giving that up!

what do you think?
