Ah, I took “unroasted” to mean “raw”…oh well, I shall use it to make treats for my ignorant family members. ;)

I have eaten today, and disgusted myself in the process. It seems that I am only content when alone and fasting, so I shall begin juicing again tomorrow (along with Aurum Solis). I always seem to over-eat after a flush -- the post-flush sense of relief and happiness tends to result in a care-free attitude, which I am far from fond of. I may lose myself in books as I fast, as this is an endearing image if ever there was one!
