I, too, saw my plans dissolve, although my day of looking after my nephew was more than welcome.

My supplies were ordered from Goodness Direct at: http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk/cgi-local/frameset/script/home.html -- they stock a large amount of so-called “health” foods (non-filth food), much of which is organic and/or raw. The layout is rather irritating but there is a search function which I have found most helpful…

I have ordered from Detoxyourworld in the past but I do find that they are far more expensive than other outlets. They are the only stockists of a few items I require, however.

Today and tomorrow is “flush” time for me, and I have taken a hiatus from Aurum Solis until Tuesday morning, so as to concentrate fully on the emotional aspects of stone removal. (Or, as someone described them earlier: emotional tumours!)
