I was expecting to get the gold, but alas, it was not to be so! (Still, I got a couple of pairs of crocs and some great books on dog healing and other good stuff ..)

So, I'm going to hit that buy-it-now button and get myself 7 grams today :-)

Have you received yours yet? How do you plan on using it? It's such a tiny amount of powder - how do you intend to share it out over the 30 days? (Maybe I should get the suspended in liquid version - that has a shelf life of 2 months I belive, but the powder lasts forever).

I read that you are intending to fast with it, what will be your exact program? (if I may be so nosey to ask)

For me, I want to continue in exactly the same way as normal, then I will be able to (try and) judge if I feel any different. There is something I would like to try - it is to add the gold to homeopathic remedies (like Bach flowers) to see if it heightens the experience. From what I gather, (maybe I'm totally off the mark though) the gold will exaggerate your own efforts? So, if you're depressed, you will be more so; If you are happy, you will be more so?????????

This experiement I would like to try with one of my kids (teenagers huh!) beacuse no matter what I have tried with him, it seems to only have minimal effects. I was thinking that the Bach flowers (normally quite successful for him, although in a minor way) would help with the subconscious inner mind changes - and then the gold would heighten it? What d'ya think?

I'm feeling really good now the Spring is here - this is my best time of year and now with the puppy, I get to do lots of walking in dewy pastures. So, I think this is a great time to try the gold, when I'm already feeling good.
