I remember stalking but not for Don Miguel but Carlos Castenada- funny how it all comes back to tie in...but 2 things
kundalini yoga is diect with energetics that's why I reported this:

Which blew me wide open! I have had amazing ewxperiences with chanting and sounding in Kundalini yoga- why not go straight to the source to activate change-HENCE 40 day Sadhana done from 4am-6am when the earth is at a 60% angle to the Sun and our psyche is most malleable...It works..

2. There are at least 10 primary chakras (hence 9th body)and some say 13-which seems representative of the 12 apostles and Christ- as in Christ conciousness- don't know what to think of the last one

But in Kundalini they have Identified 10 chakras that correspond to the energetic bodies that are connected throughout time -they are operateing in the now plane- in the furture you plane (which is also now) and in the past you-which most of us do a really good job of manifesting within the now- but even if we are advanced there are all time concepts operating NOW- hence "The power of Now"
