Steve555, we exchange emails back in the summer about EFT and OCD. I went and saw a chap in the UK who I didn't find that good and was rather expensive. Was wondering if you could give an example of the sort of saying one should use for OCD?

Would it be something like; 'Although I have this obsessive thought about xyz, I deeply love and respect myself?'

I have the EFT manual now, so am thinking of giving it a go by myself.
