There is a rather heated debate about the traditional medical approach (SSRIs) and the 'Natural' nutritional approach on another forum called stuckinthedoorway.co.uk.

There is an programme devised by a Dr Mary Reed, which involves chinese herbal medicine and essential fatty acids amongst other things. Her website is http://www.OCD-Free.org.

Has anyone here tried it?

Hydrogen Peroxide approach sounds interesting...if a little painful.
