The label says its purpose is a saline laxative. Ingredients on the labels say citric acid ,lemon oil.polyethyline, sodium bicarbonate, sodium saccharin, sucrose, purified water.

I eat almonds myself. I look foward to eating them and try not to eat more tnan 6 a day.
