Mine were basically excess bloating and pain after eating, skin eruptions and candida with thrush. I also developed several food allergies . I am gluten-intolerant, so the gluten-free diet has done wonders for my bloating and pain. But my skin isn't reacting so severely to my trigger foods, and I believe that is in large part to the improvements of my intestinal tract.
