Yes, I believe we have read the same article by Eby. I use malate. Since I do liver flushes, it serves as a nice supplement of malic acid in addition to the Mg, and I get about 150mg per tablet. I have tried the tablet form of Mg Citrate, and it was fine, but my elemental dosage was just too low with the 200mg tablets, and I wasn't up for taking 10 a day to get 320mg/day. Apparently, Mg C has about 160mg elemental per gram.
