I recently became involved with immunocal, a product to increase the glutathione in the body. It is different from NAC, in that it won't create the gas or upset stomach. Vitamin C when taken in a high enough concentration will give loose stools. If you would like additional information, let me know, and I can help. e.beard at comcast.net
