one more thought, perhaps. According to the Iron mountain plan, the next major transportation sector that the Gov. MUST gain control of is TRAINS, THE RAIL SYSTEM. then the highways after that.
Could it be NEXT on the list of ORDO AB CHAO?

Then they get "legal" or executive order *control* of the rails for the future lock down under Homeland Defense U.N. PFP occupied Foreign troops enforcement, U.S. citizen dissident cattle car by rail to the extermination and labor camps.

They got the airports and airlines... just a flicker and they CONTROL them in totality, in reality they DO now post 911... NOW they MUST get the RAIL system, and then lastly the highways... Can and WILL they do it before the Syria event? (Strike on Damascus?)
