Sounds good. Can you take the edible clay while taking the heavy metal detox

Another question. When I eat out,(on my very selective menu of course) I order hot water for my tea. I just realized they don't boil the water but use the microwave. Would you suggest taking the edible clay with water before drinking the tea or after,or is there something else one can do.
