Its nice to run into sweet people like you here on curezone.
I'm so comforted that I bumped into someone else who gets insomnia from greens! Yep, people think Im crazy or lying. Moreless, from the Moreless alkaline forum says the insomnia from the greens are caused by mineral imbalances created because plants are lacking these days due to fertilizers and poor soil etc. Does your skin get dry from greens too-thats another symptom I get from too many.
Insomnia is the WORST isnt it? I used to use magnesium, niacinamide, melatonin and 5htp every night sometimes several times per night to sleep (a LOT of vitamins). When I cut out the green veggies I needed way less then when I added the calcium none! Maybe these greens are lacking calcium or perhaps my absorption is off-after adding hydrochloric acid to my cooked meals my digestion has been much much better, also found that adding oils with protein is really essential for my absorption and digestion of food.
I will do some searching online about the prime test becauuse I live far away from Tijuana.
I think I need to learn the self test for allergies, my foods are limited because I get skin rashes. I eat about 5 pieces of fruit per day and I think it may mess with my candida symptoms. What kind of grains would you say are best-or is this something that needs personal testing for? And the sweet potatoes, do you have any blood Sugar highs from those? How much can you eat in a sitting? Yes I suspect the corn torts may be a big NO, they are organic yellow corn torts that I buy from my health food store. Sometimes I eat the sprouted corn ones too. They are the only food that I can eat that keeps my weight on. If I cut them out Im way to skinny, and since I cant eat most veggies and already have enough fruit, I have no other way to increase calories besides protein-which causes me insomnia too and joint pain, and oils/fats give me the facial rash. So you can see that this is very distressing for me in general to live this way.
The muscle test using the fingers, I tried that a few times but never knew if I was controlling the outcome, never knew how reliable it was, maybe you can give me some insight?
Thanks for the details on the Cousens book. Funny I too tried juicing Celery and tomatoes a few month back-all my health problems exploded! took me a while to get back on track, it was awful. i wonder if perhaps the soil deficiencies and fertilizers are also causing the natural fats in the veggies to be imbalanced or disrupted.
I so envy your skin (and your moms)!! So the only oil you use on your food is olive oil? May I ask what nuts you most typically eat? Olive oil is my skins worst enemy, even a tiny amount and I get the rash. If I live flush I will try the coconut oil because its the only oil that doesnt cause me problems.
