Sorry I didnt get back to you, I forget where I posted. Im so glad you wrote back!
My allergy test I believe was the one where they add your blood to the food solution and see how the cells react. Thing is most of my allergies were to foods that I was not eating. Do you know the company or the brand of test that you and your family used? Maybe I need to do it again.

I eat mostly raw but the only foods I can tolerate is mostly fruit, I too get insomnia from green veggies! How odd this is and I havent heard of anyone else having this problems until you mentioned your mother. I get insomnia from herbs and supplements too but have found that taking omega 6 oils and a homemade calcium (eggshells and lemon juice) has helped me sleep. I've had insomnia for four years and it was pretty bad.

So are you and your mom eating a lot of fruit? I eat three meals of fruit then a cooked meal with chicken, onions peppers and corn torts. I feel ok with this diet and seem to loose too much weight if I cut out that cooked meal.

What type of kinesiology do you use? Never heard of the prime test. I would like an explanation if you have time to explain.

And what a great testimony concerning your son!

I think Im a pitta but I will definately look into the Cousens book, sounds good. Does the book go into any details about insomnia and green veggies? Why do you think that fats are needed with the greens, doesnt seem to be an intutive thing to do-eat fats with greens that is, seems nature should have the perfect balance in itself.

Curious but have you done any liver or colon cleansing? I think this may help with my food allergies but I done any yet because I have an allergy to a lot of oils and am afraid to flush.

Also wanted to ask how this diet has changed your skin, if at all.
