You can do it this way. Put some hydrated clay on a clean cotton gauze and put the side of the gauze that does not have the clay on the wound. Even though there is a thin layer of gauze between the clay and the wound, clay will still work superbly. Its detox powers really penetrate deep into the wound even though there is only a very little physical contact with the wound.When clay is dried, remove the whole thing, gauze and all.
