I have had problems since I was a child mostly with hypoglycemia and skin problems. I have tried varioius supplements and havent been able to make much progress because of food allergies . I get worse when I go raw, so who knows what is really going on. Can you tell me more about the testing for food allergies , I did a blood test for allergies but even after cutting out the allergies I still have problems with digestion, sleep and health.
