I take mine in water... I usually mix it and then let it sit while I work out then drink following my work out. Your idea sounds interesting and I think it would be fine to do this way.

For now though I will keep on with the water... I get into habits.

The oil pulling and clay, salt, and baking soda mix to brush my teeth has worked wonders. I think I have reversed my oral health a good 20 years in both real world benefit and appearance.
