I definately agree that it pulls toxins out from the skin. They have helped me tremendously. I would also like to add to your comment that I believe the skin can absorb trace minerals from clay packs as well. I seem to be more relaxed after doing them. I may be more sensitive then most people, but when I do a really strong clay pack over a major meridian, I can feel "stuff" ( Lymph maybe? ) moving under the skin. I think that an exchange of minerals into the skin and toxins out of the skin may be occuring.
