there is some truth to clay absorbing toxins out of the skin tissues because Twice in a row I had a very positive skin reaction after 2 clay baths.

I use this all natural clay bath I get at the Heritage catalog ( http://www.caycecures.com )
has 4 different types of natural clays. I also add some Epsom Salts to the water on my own.

After only just one of these baths, My boyfriend noticed my skin was very soft . I used no different oil on my skin than I usually do.

He noticed a definite softness to and improved texture for a week after two of these baths at different times of the year. I also notice this as well and plan on taking more clay baths spread throughout the year.

I do believe from experience the clay draws out impurities from the immediate skin tissues.
