Hi Meire,

Thanks again for your feedback.It's almost two years since I've taken any Antibiotics and with all the bowel and liver cleansings I've done I think my gut is fine.I don't smoke nor drink alcohol so that won't be a factor.Like yourself I take hemp oil on a daily basis for the EFAs and I eat a lot of nuts.I will definitely try the zinc though but is it sold as supplements and what dosage?I will also try the castor oil,no harm in trying.
