I take vitamin C and my pH is balanced, urine 6.5 to 6.8 and saliva 7.0 to 7.8 ! One just has to have the wisdom to use it properly! It actually is the acid or cation that balances alkiline or anion! Its not hard to do It s inexpensive and causes no harm to the body ! I think the fear tactics used against it by the establishment and others selling a product is a scam!
