aah, reading through the posts, it seems that its a question of the bad guys, ascorbic acid, verse the good guys, the full monty vitimin C complex. its seems that we are all shuveling the wrong stuff down our throats. so instead of curing the cancer and the other 'wrongs', we make wrongs worse. basically you make a mountain out of a molehill; and the natural vitimin C in my kitchen cuboard is wrong stuff.

am i on the right lines. what your poison? lol
