I already looked for your point of view on one of your sites.
I agree we better get the pure stuff -vitamin-C- from nature.
I will do my shopping in nature in spring :-) when I can collect dandilons, roots, etc.
I agree about rosehips and the highest vitamin C, but there must be more high vitamin-C containing plants/herbs/leaves and roots. I have to find out.
Do you know "Wildman" Steve Brill? He got arrested taking dandilons out of Central Park NY, 20 years ago and stil going strong.
