What most people don't know is that the vaccines against bird flu probably won't work once the flu mutates to a human to human virus

(although I pray they do work).

And many of the drugs people are buying are not going to help a whole lot either - even if they are the genuine original drug.

The bird flu kills with what's called a cytokine storm.

Basically a bunch of "bad" messengers naturally present in your body going wild.

It's very hard to stop this cytokine storm once it starts.



So stopping the virus from getting into your body is really the first line of defense.

And hygiene is proven the most effective.

Especially handwashing.

If you go to every country's health website you'll find handwashing listed as a major precaution.

But you don't have time to do that or a thousand other searches you could do to find out how to best protect yourself naturally against avian influenza and other viruses.
