Yea, that's a good point. But Kevin even says that getting burned is bad and that if your not used to the sun to take it little at a time. He also in his new book tells you wear you can get ORGANIC SUNSCREEN thst isn't harmful and also where to get clothes that protect you from the sun's harmful rays. He's no idiot, he doesn't tell you to do stupid stuff.
