I agree with you. A good friend of mine is considering doing some cleanses because of his book. I've been telling people about CZ for years, but if it take his book to get them to try some of the things we learn here then it is a good thing.

What I don't like it the troll like behaviour of some of the posters here or elsewhere on CZ.
