I have the recipee and I made it many times already. It is soooooo good!!!! I make it "brownie style" I put walnuts and raisins in it but you can put whatever you want. It gives you a lot of energy. I craved the bread because it was so good. I don't need to lose weight so I wouldn't know if that it does it or not but you will lose your appetite.
