I don't want to call her now because she just gave birth to twins (it is her 3rd child since she was dx'd a couple years ago with MS). I remember she said she wasn't really taking any special supplements; but she talked a lot about regularizing her PH levels and especially the flushes....and she absolutely changed her diet, salads, fish, natural juices (not bottled or canned), nuts, no sugars, no breads no white refined flours or sugars etcetc. She was very disaplined about that. I can speak with her a little later and try to get her exact diet if you like. I know about 1 yr after she was dx'd (and all these famous L.A. doctors told her she would never be cured, never have children and have to spend $10-15,000/month on meds) she had her first child, and now just had twins (1-1/2 yr later).
