I bought Kevin's book this week and have just completed reading it.

Because I used to read CZ forum regularly (as well as many other holistic natural health type books), I was already a somewhat educated reader.

He has ONE excellent chapter (6) which describes how there are 4 main causes of disease (toxin buildup, electromagnetic chaos, nutrient deficiency, and emotional/mental stress). Then he gives over 50 ways to combat these. He also has an excellent list of resources (books, websites) at the end of the book.

Despite this, I was honestly disappointed in the book. He spent much of the rest of the book (80%) whining and complaining about the FDA, FTC, and drug companies. He failed to give specifics (like how to do a cleanse, good juicing recipes, mapping natural "cures" to disease, etc.). The CZ wesite is FAR more informative in this respect.

In my opinion, Kevin's book is good for someone who is currently on the "All American Road to Sickness and Disease through destructive behaviors" and has never thought about the possibility of helping themselves rather than relying on a doctor or surgeon. If after reading the book, suc a person wanted to know exactly how to do some of the suggestions or where to find some of the products, that person would need to find more resources, because the book is too generic and lacks needed details.

Kevin blames the lack of specific info on everyone who is out to get him....they are preventing him from saying it........hmmm.....how come this website can do it?

My suggestion:

If you are interested, pick up the book at the bookstore and skim chapter 6. If you think there is a bunch of stuff there that is new to you you want to follow up on, then buy the book, otherwise...I'd save the $35.
