Thanks Lapis-- When I first came to this forum, I thought-- Oh coool! a forum where we all can share our results from what we applied from Kevin's book.-- especially for the new people who have never bothered with alternative natural methods before. Lots of folks new to the Alternative arena were first introduced to it by Kevin.

Then I stopped posting because I figured it must be a debate forum--since all I see is a group of anti-Trudeau posters debating or voting against any positive post regarding Kevin Truduea and his book.

Thanks for clearing that up for me that this isnt actually a debate forum! I happen to be a health newbie myself and sure did get a heck of alot of good info from his book-- as well as motivation and encouragment to stick to my health decisions. I want to do all that I can in my power to delay a nursing home or hospitalization when older (God permitting) --and he has alot of great tips recorded in one book!
