Well, I find your question a bit silly because cats are a different species than dogs

Well you're right it's not exactly the same.


Let's change it from -- oh dunno -- Let's change the parameters from a Bulldog to a St Bernard. That way we're staying in the same species.

Now let's say we have a bulldog that wants to be a St Bernard. If the bulldog moves to Alaska and starts wearing a Barrel around its collar does THAT make him a St Bernard?

That should make my analogy a bit more clear for you.
