In response to the parent in Navada - your state has religous & medical exemptions.
Go with the religous exemption. That covers you completely. Noone has the right to ask what that religion may be. I am Catholic and the aborted fetus material used in some vax is enough that I can honestly say I refuse on religious grounds (although that is not why I refuse). I went to my local health department and signed a waiver. That was it. Just make sure to never lead on to ANYONE that you are doing it for philosophical reasons.Always state religious exemption. The less you say the better. I have dreaded ER visits with my three year old. We finally had to go (flu) and it was no problem. I just said we don't vaccinate. Be ready to quote your state code(first link)- you would say "according to code ch.392 105" I have the legal right to refuse. You might even go to your state & copy the code and number and carry it with you. You can also download an exemption form to carry as well. I called my State Health Department at the state capitol and they confirmed everything I was doing was legal. You might do that as well.

Good luck, and don't get pressured into anything you don't feel comfortable with. It is your right to make an informed decision best for your childs health. I vaxed my first and did none with my second. The differance is huge.
