Thanks for the recommendation. I have gone down the path of exercizes (throat, tongue, soft pallet, etc) to cure my sleep apnea. The theory being that those muscles are getting weak (like the rest of my body!) which are causing them to collapse causing apnea. I've been on the program for 2 weeks and am seeing positive results. The results have been so positive I'm getting ready to sell my brand new Bi-pap (Respironics Bi-pap plus). If anyone is interested let me know.
