" But let me also add that you might have had problems due to improper digestion and managment of the die-off, because, if you are intollerant to glutine, this makes me think your body is not perfectly in tune on this. You could have tried to take measures on this, instead of stopping. "
I don't get you. What do you exactly mean?
my problem is calorie intake. I cannot get as much as I need without eating like two horses. And even then I doubt it would be enough unless I ate lots of nuts and avos and other oily foods that do not make me feel good .
Have you ever tried to go raw and stay there for 6 months? I don't think so. It can be good for Yang-Kapha people maybe. I was simply starving. I hate to say that b/c I was so much enthusiastic about it, I tried my best to stick with it and did a lot of research, but the truth is that I was keeping on dropping weight. Period.
I have not "stopped" anything. Since monday, I am currently eating 1 egg a day plus 1 dish of steamed veggies and cooked legumes, and the other meals are still sweet and non-sweet fruit . What should I do instead? Die from starvation? Spend all my money to buy the 40 (or maybe more) organic bananas a day I need to survive? Buy other books from raw gurus who claim to do well and be muscular with 5 pieces of fruit a day plus one salad? There is obviously something wrong either in me or in them. Something HUGE
